Street Jazz
Street jazz dance is a combination of street dance combined with other more traditional dance forms, creating styles such as street jazz dance. It's a mixture of modern hip hop styles and jazz dance moves. Routines will be danced to the latest pop, r’n’b and chart music.

Cheerleading
Cheerleading is a high energy class that uses a mixture of dance, gymnastics, stunts and good cheering. It's great for teamwork and building strength and flexibility. Pom poms are used during the routine and a cheesy smile is a must! UKCA Spirit Awards will start in January 2014 where each child gets the chance to test their skills and knowledge in an informal test and gain an award!

Zumba Kids
The Zumba Kids program is the ultimate dance-fitness party for young Zumba fans ages 7-11, where they can play it loud and rock with friends to their own rules! This program features age-appropriate music and moves that get kids movin’ to the beat. It’s all about feeling fearless on the dance floor, reinforcing the idea that it’s okay to just be yourself and dance like no one’s watching!

Zumbini
Let the journey to an active, healthy life begin! Designed to let adults and their little ones 0 to 3 years old wiggle, sing and learn together, the Zumbini program is where the science of child development meets the magic of Zumba – for the ultimate bonding experience! Classes feature cool Zumba music packed with world rhythms and catchy, kid-friendly tunes created just for this program. Each term you’ll get a brand new Zumbini Bundle containing a songbook and two copies of the class music CD, so you can take the class experience wherever you go!

Over 50's
This class is a general class for the over 50's age group. Every two weeks you learn a new style of dance ranging from belly dancing to salsa. It's a great way to get a taste for lots of different dance styles, have fun and exercise at the same time! Classes are two hours and you get a tea and coffee break half way through!

Shoes are worn with metal plates on the toe and heel allowing us to make different rhythms with our feet.
